About Us
At Cove Psychology Clinic, we believe that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported. We offer a calm, inclusive space for adults to explore life’s challenges, deepen self-understanding, and work toward greater wellbeing.
Cove Psychology Clinic is home to a small group of independent practitioners who share a commitment to warm, neuro-affirming and evidence-based care.
Each clinician consulting from Cove operates their own professional practice while working collaboratively within the Cove community to support clients.

Cove Psychology Clinic was founded by psychologist , who is passionate about providing therapy that is both professional and genuinely person-centred. brings warmth, curiosity, and respect to each session, helping clients make sense of their experiences and find ways forward that feel authentic and sustainable.
Our approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, and trauma-informed frameworks. We recognise that no single approach fits everyone; therapy is adapted to each person’s needs, values, and pace.
We welcome clients from all walks of life, embracing diversity in neurotype, culture, identity, and background. Every person who walks through our doors is met with compassion and the understanding that your story, in all its layers, matters. The name Cove was chosen to reflect a place of calm and protection — a sheltered space where you can rest, reflect, and regain strength before returning to the wider world. It symbolises the kind of environment we strive to create – safe, accepting, and quietly hopeful.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
— Carl Rogers
About Zaneta Neucom

I’m , a registered psychologist and the founder of Cove Psychology Clinic.
I’m passionate about supporting adults through life’s challenges — helping people make sense of their experiences, discover their strengths, and move toward greater self-understanding and wellbeing.
My work is shaped by a deep interest in neurodiversity, perinatal mental health, and trauma-informed care. These areas reflect my belief that every person’s story is unique, and that understanding ourselves with compassion can be a powerful step toward healing and growth.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounding. I aim to create a space where people feel safe to be themselves — where therapy feels like a genuine conversation focused on curiosity and care. Together, we explore what’s been getting in the way, identify what matters most, and develop practical, sustainable ways to support change.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychoeducation, Skills Training, Relaxation Strategies, and Narrative Therapy. I value working flexibly and tailoring therapy to each person’s preferences and needs. My goal is simple: to provide a calm, respectful, and affirming environment where understanding and growth can take shape — one step, one conversation at a time.
About Joanna Delalande

I am Joanna Delalande, a registered psychologist who works with adults across a range of presentations. I provide psychological services as an independent practitioner consulting from Cove Psychology Clinic.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Schema Therapy. I also integrate somatic strategies where helpful, drawing on my background as a yoga instructor to bring mindfulness, grounding, and body awareness into the therapeutic space. With extensive experience in trauma work, I practise from a trauma-informed lens, with careful attention to safety, pacing, and building a strong therapeutic foundation.
I prioritise flexibility, collaboration, and client-centred care. My aim is to work alongside people to explore what is happening, set clear and meaningful goals, and work towards sustainable changes that align with each person’s values. The process of self-understanding and change can sometimes feel uncomfortable, and my role is to share this load by providing a safe, non-judgemental space for reflection, insight, and practical strategies that support healing and growth.
Joanna provides services as an independent practitioner consulting from Cove Psychology Clinic.
