Referrals
Referrals and supporting documents can be sent securely via:

GPs and allied health professionals are welcome to contact the clinic to discuss suitability or referral pathways for their clients.
Please note: A referral and current Mental Health Treatment Plan are required if clients wish to access Medicare rebates. Clients are also welcome to book privately without a referral.
